Sampling
Samples will be made and approved based on clients’ design before bulk production.

Production
Bulk production will start based exactly on the approved samples.

Shipment
International shipment via sea-shipping or express line, clients can also choose their own forwarders.

General Questions for Sampling & Production

1. How long is the sampling time ?

Our sampling time is usually 10~12 days for customized samples, 7 days for stock samples.

We supply stock samples for our customers for free. 

2. How long is the production time ?

Our produciton time is normally 35~40 days after pre-production sample is confirmed 

3. I want to have my own design, what should I do ?

Do not worry ! Send us your ideas and we will make it happen ! 

4. What is the minimum quantity ?

It depends on what materials & what technique to use based on your requirements.

Keep in mind that the MOQ is not always a fixed number. Instead, the MOQ is a variable that depends on the following factors:

• Total order volume
• Materials
• Number of colors
• Number of other variations (e.g. sizes)
• technique

5. How can I make sure that my order is in good quality ?

Every of our order will apply with AQL 2.5 inspeciton standard to ensure that the quality of each batch/ order.

AQL 2.5 means that the buyer accepts all kind of defects: critical, major or minor, to be present in the manufactured goods at a level of 2.5% of the total order quantity.
